What’s your earliest memory from childhood?

For me it was going to the homes of relatives and family friends when I was four or five years old. I remember bouncing from room to room like a rubber ball shot out of a cannon.

My parents assumed that was the typical behavior of a kid hopped-up on one too many gummy bears. Looking back, they probably weren’t completely wrong about that…. but what they didn’t realize is that I had an plan in my head. I wasn’t just roaming around like a sugar buzzed child-zombie for no reason, I was actually looking for a piano to “play”, a guitar to pluck or a drum set to pound on.

You see, from my earliest memories music was the most important motivator in my life! And that’s still the case today.

Now, all these years later I am a songwriter/composer, music producer, studio owner and recording, mix and mastering engineer with over three decades of experience in the industry.

I have been playing drums, bass, guitar, keyboards/piano and writing music for over forty years. I have produced, recorded, preformed on, and written/co-written thousands of songs over the course of my career. I am very comfortable working across many different styles, from blues, funk, rock, metal, EDM/electronic music, pop, folk, acoustic/singer songwriter, country, to world music, cinematic scores, and classical compositions.
